Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Precedo collects, how it is used and the choices you have. It applies to the website and to the case-management service.

1. Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, phone, chamber name), the case, client and document information you enter, subscription and payment status from Razorpay, and technical information such as your language preference and session.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the service, process your subscription, send account emails such as password resets, and improve the product. We do not sell your information.

3. Payments

Card, UPI and bank details are collected and processed by Razorpay under its own privacy policy. Precedo receives the subscription status and payment identifiers, not your payment instrument details.

4. Sharing

We share information only with providers needed to run the service, such as our database host, email provider and Razorpay, and where required by law. Members of your chamber can see the chamber's cases and clients according to their role.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a language cookie to remember your preferred language. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, sessions use signed tokens, and data is separated between chambers. No method of storage is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

7. Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal or accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your account and its data.

8. Your choices

You can update your profile and language in settings, and contact us to access, correct or delete your information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
