Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

This policy explains how to cancel a Precedo subscription and when you can get a refund. It sets out the rules in section 4 of our Terms of Service, "Cancellation and refunds", in the same words, and leaves the details of free trials to the Terms; if the two ever differ, the Terms of Service apply.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription page; cancelling stops the renewal and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

2. Free trials

Paid plans start with the free trial shown on the plan: cancel during the trial and nothing is charged. How trials work, including plan and seat changes made during a trial, is set out in sections 3 and 4 of our Terms of Service.

3. Refunds

After your first payment you may ask for a full refund on request within 7 days of the first charge, once per account; it is returned to the original payment method through Razorpay and appears within 5–7 working days. After those 7 days no refund is made for the running period, and yearly plans are not prorated.

4. Upgrades, downgrades and seats

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Razorpay; downgrades and seat reductions take effect at the end of the current period, so no credit is issued.

5. Duplicate or erroneous charges

Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full at any time.

6. The Free plan

The Free plan has nothing to refund.

7. How to ask for a refund

Refund requests go to the support address below. Write from the email address registered on your account, or call us, and include the date and amount of the charge. We read every message and reply as quickly as we can.
